These statements describe the sort of issues Simon Greenly and his colleagues and partners help owners and directors overcome. We have been doing it for many years and though technology has changed the way business is done, as well as the pace at which it is done, the issues carry on.

How do we provide our services?

In a number of ways. We act as Board Directors, Chairman, Advisors to the Board, Investors, and provide general counsel to Directors and owners. It all depends on your circumstances and the relationship you want. It also depends on the issues that you face right now. We are told by our clients that the reason they work with us rather than our competitors, is that they value our ability to voice opinions that are not necessarily what they want to hear......but that they ought to hear. We like to under-promise and over-achieve.
